LIFE, WEATHER BY JASEN SOUSA
LIFE, WEATHER
Did you ever stop to think that life is like weather?
Some days are gloomy and others are better.
They both can change in a blink of an eye,
some places are wet, and others are dry.
Some people are healthy, and others suddenly die.
Watching them forecast the weather,
I have really gotten bored.
Having them try to predict the future
as if they were the Lord!
“Even if it is sunny bring an umbrella,
there is a chance you could get wet.”
“Make sure you bring your cell phone,
there is horrible news you could get.”
From hot to cold,
from young to old,
bad stretches of life, bad stretches of weather.
God’s forecast, it’s going to get better.
