I WONDER?


I wonder

if my feet stand in the right place?
If what I am doing now
will help me keep pace in life’s long race?

I wonder

if I will ever succeed?
Will I fail time after time
and have my heart continue to bleed?

I wonder

if the footprints I leave, someone will one day follow?
I have to try my best today
and even better tomorrow.

I wonder

if I will ever live a day
and do what is best for me?

I wonder

if I will create my own destiny?

I wonder?
