HEADED FOR HEAVEN


Innocent people have died
for no apparent reason, those who wonder
if there still is a God,
do not stop believing.

Loved ones have been lost
amidst piles of rubble, the next few days will be long
undoubtedly a struggle. Courageous workers
endlessly searching through piles of debris,
looking for life they may never come to see.

Families have lost friends and relatives, children are left
to grow up without fathers and mothers. Terrorists
who believed they could turn America into a fearful land. Instead
the Country has had a reunion, reuniting as long lost brothers.

The world will mourn
and forever remember

9/11

The day human beings turned into heroes
after boarding flights that were headed for Heaven.
