PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY WHEN YOU ARE AWAY BY JASEN SOUSA

PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY
WHEN YOU ARE AWAY

Staring directly into my eyes
and not a word will be said,
soon as I leave the room
ears are fed.
Is it because you do not have
the courage to speak to my face?
I see you everyday wearing
disrespect and disgrace.

Trying to make your life
easier, while complicating my own.
Half of your life is over,
I no longer wonder
why you are alone.

I know you will always try to ruin
my character, reciting your wicked words.
I will continue to let them fly
over my head as if they were
written on birds.

Continue to destroy my name,
there will come a day
when no one will listen.
You will continue to live dirty,
while I will continue to glisten!
